The Data worksheet matrix is the depository for study data documents. Often, the study materials are patents, but they can be scientific literature, regulations or other text based materials.

The Data worksheet matrix contains a variety of sort functions, a Boolean word/phrase searching capability and a search storage capability. A word/phrase search is the starting point for constructing a Visual Index. The stored searches are the starting point for the construction of the Technology Stack Chart.
